MONDEGREEN RETURNS POLICY
Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 20 days of purchase with a valid receipt and in their original packaging.
A free post
service is provided for returns within New Zealand. Goods should be returned in the original packaging by freepost using the pre-paid returns label provided. Please take the parcel to any post office, and obtain a receipt as proof of purchase. Instructions on the free post
service will be included with your delivery.

, to obtain instructions for the return of goods.
If items are returned with an expired receipt or parcel summary document or without any receipt, we will offer you a credit receipt or exchange to the value of the last known selling price.
For a full refund items must be returned in an unworn, unused and undamaged, state and in their original packaging. For clothing items, swing tickets must remain attached for the return to be accepted and a full refund given.
Please use the address label for returns which will be included with the packaging received.
